We have everything we need to feel good in our own bodies and live a happy, fulfilled life. Our body lets us know when we are out of balance.

We have been taught to override and ignore the instinctual messages of our bodies and don't always recognize when our needs aren’t being met.

Soul

If we don't get to the root of what is causing the disconnection of our body to our mind, we won't see lasting changes to create the life we truly desire.

Getting To The Root

Dieting is like pulling weeds in the garden. You see the weed sticking out; you know it is going to quickly multiply.  You sure as heck don’t want that so you quickly yank it out. But in your haste,  you don't actually get the roots. So what happens next? It grows right back and often results in more weeds.

But, if you take the time and have patience,  you can find the roots and when you gently pull on it, the whole weed, roots and all, is removed.

You’ve been there, focused on the numbers on the scale, the diet, or the typical weight loss mentality. It might even work for a while but in the end, it didn’t last long term.
